Hola, compre un billete a traves de Trabel2be a miami, las indicaciones covid venian en ingles y cometi el error de entenderlo mal, compre el billete y ahora no puedo volar.
Tras intentar en varias ocasiones hablar con la compañía llamando al telefono 91, ahi no contestaba nadie, entonces lo hice a través de un 901, resulta que me cuesta mas caro cambiar el billete que comprar uno nuevo con las penalizaciones y además me han cobrado casi 50€ por la llamada telefonica, ya que me han tenido casi una hora en esperas… esperare a que se pueda resolver esto con la compañia, caso contrario intentare una reclamación legal con la correspondiente publicacion en todas las paginas de viajes y similares posible.
