Dulces típicos de Sevilla: Postres y Recetas

Las Torrijas son un postre típico de Sevilla y de toda España. Cuando llega la época de Semana Santa es tradición comprar o hacer tu mismo las torrijas en casa. Este postre es delicioso y está compuesto de pan, leche, huevos, azúcar, canela y naranja.

Tortas de aceite

Las Tortas de aceite están exquisitas, puedes comerlas tanto para desayunar, para merendar o en el momento que te apetezcan. Este dulce es muy finito y sobre todo crujiente, está compuesto de harina de trigo, sésamo, sal, azúcar, anís y aceite de oliva.

Yemas de San Leandro

Las Yemas de San Leandro son elaboradas por las monjas del Convento de San Leandro en Sevilla. Es un dulce muy apetecible y riquísimo y tan sólo lleva dos ingredientes, que son las yemas de huevo y el azúcar.

Mostachones de Utrera

Los Mostachones de Utrera son muy típicos en Sevilla, y en otras localidades como en Castilla la Mancha son denominadas Tortas de Alcázar. Se trata del mismo dulce pero con diferente nombre en cada región y se trata de un bizcocho de huevos que se prepara en forma de tortas muy esponjosas.

Pestiños

Los Pestiños son muy típicos en Andalucía e incluso en otras zonas de España claro está. Estos deliciosos pestiños son elaborados con masa de harina, y una vez que estén fritos podrás pasarlos por miel o bien por azúcar.

Cortadillos

Los Cortadillos se elaboran en la mayoría de los conventos de Sevilla, pero igualmente podrás encontrarlos en cualquier supermercado. Tienen un sabor muy parecido al de los polvorones pero los cortadillos llevan por dentro una capa de cidra.

Piñonate

El Piñonate es considerado como el dulce más antiguo y clásico que nunca pasará de moda. Es típico comer este dulce en la época de navidad pero también lo podrás encontrar perfectamente en multitud de ferias. Se elabora a base de miel, piñones, almendras, ajonjolí, matalahúva, huevos, harina de trigo, cáscaras de huevo de aceite y huevo de aguardiente dulce.

Borreguito de las monjas

El Borreguito de las monjas es elaborado por las monjas Franciscanas de Sevilla, y solo podrás comprar este dulce en el Monasterio de la Purísima Concepción.
