Ingredientes de la pizza a caballo

Para la fainá necesitaremos:
- 150 gr de harina de garbanzo
- 1 taza de agua
- Pimienta molida y sal al gusto
- 2 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva
Para la pizza:
- 350 gr de harina de trigo
- 170 ml de agua
- 30 ml de aceite de oliva
- 5 gramos de levadura seca
- Salsa de tomate
- 100 gr de queso mozzarella
- Orégano al gusto
Cómo hacer pizza a caballo paso a paso
Preparación de la fainá:
- Comenzaremos colocando en un tazón la harina de garbanzo junto con la sal y la pimienta mientras mezclamos.
- Después, iremos agregando poco a poco el agua mientras removemos con nuestras manos hasta conseguir una masa homogénea, la cual posteriormente, llevaremos al refrigerador por aproximadamente media hora.
- Mientras tanto, precalentaremos el horno a 200° C, y, seguido de esto, engrasaremos el molde con el aceite de oliva para luego enharinarlo y extender la masa. Por último, hornearemos esta mezcla por 30 minutos hasta que esté dorada.
Preparación de la Pizza:
- En una superficie bien limpia, agregaremos la harina de trigo y haremos un hueco en el centro para hacer un tipo de volcán. Luego, dentro de ese volcán, agregaremos el aceite, el agua y la levadura, para después comenzar a amasar.
- Después de amasar, la colocaremos en un tazón previamente aceitado, y la taparemos con un paño de cocina para dejar actuar la levadura durante mínimo 1 hora. Pasado este tiempo, amasaremos de nuevo y extenderemos la masa de forma circular, para luego llevarla a una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada.
- Estando en la bandeja, comenzaremos a colocar la salsa de tomate por encima, trocearemos el queso mozzarella y por último espolvorearemos el orégano.
- Precalentaremos el horno a 200°C y procedemos a hornear la pizza durante 25 minutos, o hasta que el borde de la pizza se ponga dorado y crocante. Cuando haya transcurrido el tiempo o la masa se dore, abriremos el horno y le colocaremos por encima la fainá como si se tratara de una tapa, y hornearemos por 5 minutos más.
