Palachinki
Para entender mejor este postre simplemente debes compararlo con algo que ya conoces: los panqueques, tortitas o crepes. De todos modos, los búlgaros le dan un toque diferente a esta receta y lo hacen bastante especial con los rellenos utilizados en Bulgaria: mermeladas de diferentes sabores, cremas de chocolate e incluso algunos rellenos con un toque salado.
Tolumbichki
Otro postre búlgaro que se puede bastante a algo que solemos comer normalmente, los churros, pero que por la influencia de otras culturas le añaden algo bastante especial. En este caso, los Tolumbichki son como unos pequeños churros que después de prepararse se bañan en una mermelada muy sabrosa.
Pastel Garash
¡Un pastel de 5 capas! ¿Qué locura verdad? Eso es lo que es el Pastel Garash, un postre de 5 capas preparado de una forma tan especial que todos sus ingredientes: azúcar, huevos, crema, chocolate, nueces, entre otros ingredientes más, se mezclan perfectamente para un rico sabor.
Tikvenik
Este postre es bastante sencillo de hacer y la base del mismo es la calabaza. Con la calabaza se prepara una especie de relleno al que se añaden nueces, un poco de azúcar y canela. Ese relleno irá dentro de una masa especial llamada pasta filo.
Halva
Este postre también podría compararse con algo que preparamos comúnmente en nuestro país: el turrón duro de almendras. La diferencia es que el Halva incluye otros frutos secos (pistacho principalmente) y también pasta de sésamo.
Mekitsi
Que rico es comerse una tarta a base de yogurt con sabores especiales. Eso es el Mekitsi, un postre que se hace a base de harina, yogurt y huevos y que se fríe para obtener un resultado tan sabroso que no podrás creerlo. Es importante mencionar que el tipo de yogurt utilizado es el yogurt griego.
Kozunak
Este postre típico de Bulgaria se puede comparar al panettone. El Kozunak se parece a un bollo que incluye en su interior frutos secos.
Kifla
El postre conocido como Kifla es simplemente una especie de pan relleno de una crema de chocolate, de algún tipo de mermelada o incluso de ambas, además de algunos frutos secos.
Medenki
Algo tan simple como una galleta de miel puede ser muy sabrosa si se prepara siguiendo una receta especial como la usada en Bulgaria. Medenki son ricas galletas muy sanas endulzadas con miel.
Budín de arroz
